Finding a need and meeting it

Our Mission

The current housing Issues are as follows: • There’s a backlog of over 2 million housing units, leaving millions in informal settlements. • The poor infrastructure and lack of basic services in many low-income housing areas is a major challenge. •There’s a an increasing demand for affordable housing in cities. • Corruption and inefficiencies in housing delivery programs creates a recurring backlog in solving the challenge. Efforts continue through various initiatives and public-private partnerships to address housing shortages and improve living conditions. However, the need for affordable, well-located housing remains a critical issue in South Africa today. To empower communities by building sustainable, low-cost homes that improve the quality of life for families and contribute to long-term social and economic stability. To empower previously disadvantaged youth and women to gain skills through placements in SMMES To help SMMEs to get employees so as to have more staff to work for them at a minimal cost, whilst creating jobs and affecting economic growth.

Our Vision

A world where everyone has access to safe and affordable housing, fostering stronger, healthier communities. A world where many South Africans are employed and SMME’s are growing because they have been given the resources
